When will I be picked up for my flight home?
For departures from Cancún airport we pick you up 2 hours 30 minutes before your flight from the Hotel Zone and downtown Cancún, and 3 hours 30 minutes before from other areas. We confirm the exact time the day before.
Where does a tour pick me up?
Every tour includes pickup at your hotel in Cancún; please wait in the lobby. Some tours (the pirate cruise, the jungle tour) include the ride to the marina only; the tour page says so. For other areas, ask us.
Are the tours private?
Yes. Your group travels in its own vehicle with your guide; you do not share it with other travellers.
What is included?
Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. Entrance fees, guide and hotel pickup are included on most tours; tips and souvenirs are not.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Japanese, English and Spanish, depending on the tour. Filter the tour list by guide language, or tell us your preferred language in your request.
How do I pay?
Online, or on the day of the tour. We confirm the options with your booking.
