Tours, transfers and the yacht
- Cancel 2 days (48 hours) or more before your service: free of charge, full refund.
- Cancel the day before or on the day: 100% is charged.
- To change a pickup time or a detail, please tell us by 2 PM the day before.
If we have to cancel
If an activity is cancelled because of the weather or for another reason on our side, you get a full refund.
Flight delays and cancellations
If a delayed or cancelled flight means you cannot take part, we move your service to another date if possible, or refund it in full, as long as you let us know beforehand. For arrival transfers, tell us about a missed connection or a new flight number and there is no charge; without notice the transfer is charged.
Groups and conventions
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service.
- A no-show, or a cancellation without notice, is charged at 100%.
- The terms and conditions of your group contract may apply.
